- Global shipping
Kuongshun Electronic mainly uses the following modes of carriers, EMS, UPS, DHL, FedEx for shipping. Shipping period varies by region, and delays may occur in remote areas.
If the customer does not specify the mode of carriers, we will use economical transportation by default, usually using EMS.
If you need to specify carriers, please leave a message in the order notes and we will determine the shipping cost, also the customer will be responsible for customs clearance and tax payment.
1.EMS
Relatively cheaper, but transport time is long, usually 7-30 business days.
2.DHL
Usually 4-6 business days. Ordinary small Packets and large Packets.
3.FedEx
International Priority - 4-6 business days.
International Economy - 5-9 business days.
4.UPS
Fast delivery in 4-6 business days, economical delivery in 5-10 business days.
- Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for purchases up to $45. Our free shipping service is available to 85 countries worldwide. Only Russia provides free shipping for K10 3D printers, other countries need to select the ‘3D printer freight’ option at checkout.
There are no free shipping services in other areas, need to calculate shipping cost based on product weight.

- Unmodified return policy
If you are dissatisfied with the order within 7 days of receiving the item, we will be happy to authorize the return of any unused and unmodified items. If there are no questions and return requests within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will not accept any requests after this time.
- Refund an entire order

Quality Problem
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us in time to see if further action can be taken and the refund will be processed in about two weeks.
For the return of non-product quality problems, the freight will be borne by the customer.
If the products are damaged or missing, contact us and provide proof. After confirming the situation, we will refund or exchange the items according to the actual situation.

We reserve the right to limit support and refuse to return items that have been unpacked, damaged, and items that are not purchased directly from Kuongshun Electronic.

The main Payment method is Paypal. Log into your PayPal account, you can simply place order and check out with few steps. If you don't have Paypal account, register it in here.

Credit Card
At checkout, customers can be allowed to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.
